Justin graduated from the University of Michigan. After early roles in IT operations and information security, he joined KPMG in 2011, where he led teams running technical vulnerability assessments, security program audits, and IT control engagements. In roles at Verisign and then Salesforce, he built and ran programs for governance, risk, and compliance, even helping to build an in-house GRC case management platform. He then joined Meta as a Security Program Manager in 2022. There, he rose to Senior Manager by 2024, helping to build out the security program management function, coordinating workforce planning, budget, and headcount across the engineering pillars of a security organization of more than 500 people. He joined RunSybil in 2026 as a Technical Program Manager where he builds the processes and operating practices the team uses to scale how it develops, analyzes features, and ships Sybil.
