Troy Bailey is a product manager at RunSybil, where he manages the product roadmap, balancing customer feedback with internal priorities to keep the team focused on what matters most. His work centers on the customer experience, from prioritization to the ongoing tests that need immediate attention, making sure the roadmap stays flexible as customer and business needs shift. Troy studied industrial engineering at RIT and spent his career in product roles at DigitalNet.ai, Charter/Spectrum, and Dish Wireless before joining RunSybil.

Outside of work, Troy lives in New York City, where you'll usually find him running the bridle path in Central Park or along the Hudson River Greenway. He's always on the hunt for a new restaurant to try, enjoys cooking at home, and spends most of his downtime with his two dogs (and a guilty-pleasure Bravo or TLC marathon).
